The 2nd Annual Mimouna Celebration: A Jewish Moroccan Tradition

April 22 @ 7:00 PM

Because last year was such a hit, we’re once again celebrating one of the most
fabulous and delicious Jewish customs out there, and you’re invited! If you’re
not of Moroccan descent, this may be your first time hearing about Mimouna,
but we promise it won’t be the last. Traditionally celebrated on the last
night of Passover, Mimouna is when families open their homes to friends and
neighbors and serve all the sweet, fluffy fried pastries we miss during
Passover. It’s a full-on party, and you know NEXTGen Detroit, we love a party.
Come for the mouth-watering mufletta, put your hands out for some henna and
grab a glass and say l’chaim! It’s Mimouna time, habibi!

$18 per person includes desserts, drinks, henna and more.
Dietary laws observed.
Please RSVP by April 21.
This event is intended for young adults ages 21 to 39.
