Jewish Senior Life is Searching for Honorees 95 and Up.
Know someone aged 95 or over? Mazel Tov! To be surrounded by all that joy and life experience is a blessing. Now, you can return some of that naches by inviting them to be an Honoree at the 24th annual Bessie Spector (Z”L) Oldest Jewish Americans Celebration. The event, Cruising Through The Years, is coordinated by our partners at Jewish Senior Life to give this special group the recognition they deserve for helping to build our wonderful Detroit Jewish community.
On Friday, June 13th at Adat Shalom Synagogue, our Jewish community will shine a spotlight on our members aged 95 and over — the guiding lights of today’s thriving Jewish Detroit. The theme, Cruising Through the Years, will feature a fun and exciting cruise ship atmosphere, with a festive brunch, entertainment, recognition of our older adults and a gift bag for each honoree. The event is free to honorees and one guest each with extra tickets available for purchase.
