Thank you for serving as a grant reviewer.
Please complete one evaluation form for each grant listed below.
Step 1 — Open a Grant
Click Evaluate Grant next to an organization.
The grant application will open for you to review.
Step 2 — Enter Your Scores
Review the application and complete the evaluation form.
- Score each section from 1 to 5
- Add comments if desired
Step 3 — Submit
Click Submit at the bottom of the form.
You will automatically return to this page.
Step 4 — Continue
Repeat this process until all grants are completed.
You may complete them in any order.
Helpful Notes
- You do not need to log in.
- Your work is saved when you click Submit.
- If needed, you may reopen a grant and submit again.
