Evaluate each grant application by category utilizing a grading scale of 1 to 5 (1 ins the lowest, 5 is the highest) and the criteria below. Address all questions and then provide a score. (NOTE: Most proposals will likely fall into the “average” scoring range of “3”; please prepare to justify scores “5”.) SMSF Board Members will review their category and sum tital scores with the full Board. Final funding decisions will be determined via Board discussions.)
