What’s the best hidden gem in metro Detroit (it doesn’t have to be a restaurant)? Franklin Cider Mill – mostly because that’s one of the only places we’ve been so far!
Where do you dream of vacationing post-COVID? A much anticipated honeymoon. We’re thinking either Hawaii or Italy…maybe both?!
What’s your all-time favorite meal? This is TOUGH. ALL-TIME?! If I have to choose, I’d say a double double animal style and a chocolate shake from In-N-Out. Don’t get the fries though – they’re never worth it.
Stephanie was born in Longmeadow, MA and moved to West Hartford, CT in fourth grade. She studied at the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College and participated in various independent studies. She was lucky enough to get a job in her industry out of college and moved to Manhattan, NY where she lived for 5 years. She got moved across the country to work in Los Angeles, CA where she met her husband, Jeff, in his last year of rabbinical school. After 8 years in LA, Stephanie moved to Chicago to join Jeff at his fellowship at Mishkan Chicago. When the fellowship ended, Jeff happily accepted the executive director position at The Well in Detroit, MI and here we are 🙂 Stephanie is excited to be joining the NEXTGen board and grateful to be a part of the Metro Detroit Jewish community.
Who would play you in a biopic? Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Tina Fey. But most likely, Mindy Kaling. Just kidding, I would play her in her biopic.
