Community Wide Security
The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit’s Community-Wide Security Department works to provide a safe, secure environment for our communal buildings and properties.
Established in 2006, the Federation Security team collaborates closely with our partner agencies as well as with local and national law-enforcement entities. Our highly-trained and experienced officers are stationed at Jewish Day Schools, camps and campuses throughout the community. The team also assists Jewish institutions across the community by providing consultation, education and advocacy to instill a culture of vigilance and safety.
The safety and well-being of our community-members remains our highest priority in our mission to take care of the needs of our community and build a vibrant Jewish future.
