Join fellow Detroiters and Israelis from Detroit’s Partnership2Gether Region for an intimate, virtual wine tasting with Israel’s famous Tulip Winery. Located in Detroit’s Partnership2Gether Region in the Central Galillee, Tulip Winery has been producing some of the country’s finest wines since 2003.
The winery is located on a mountainside in Kfar Tikva, a very special place that is not only making delicious wines, but also changing lives. Kfar Tikva is a community village made up adults with developmental and emotional disabilities. It’s here that the Itzhaki family fulfilled their long-time dream of starting a boutique winery that practices social responsibility by providing adults with special needs meaningful employment and the opportunity to create a product they can be proud of in the form of high quality wine.
A Tulip Winery expert will take us through a tasting of two of their most popular wines, the 2018 White Tulip and the 2019 Tulip Cabernet. Each participating household will receive one bottle of each wine prior to the event.
This online event is open to all members of the community age 21 or older.
Cost is $50 per household (Fee paid via Plum Market link).
Space is limited.
Please RSVP and order your wines by October 18.
