“Wine-ing” About Cheese

NEXTGen Detroit Women’s Leadership Presents: “Wine-ing” About Cheese

Why is cottage cheese, a staple in the Israeli diet, so expensive? And why is the price causing such a commotion? Amira Soleiman, expert in Israeli current affairs and history, will fill us in on the implications of this problem and how it is affecting Israeli society.

We’re also welcoming Zach Berg, owner and cheese monger of Berg’s Provisions, who will lead us in wine and cheese pairings.
