When we think of grief, we often think of experiencing the death of a loved one. Grief, however, is a normal part of life that occurs in many forms that we often don’t recognize. Join us as we welcome Debra Mattison, Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Michigan School of Social Work, who will share insights to help us explore, validate and cope with the feelings of loss that occur as we “say hello and goodbye” through the many transitions of our lives.
This online event is intended for community members of all ages.
