Meet the Panelists:

Sari Diskin

Owner, Eat Well With Sari
Meet Sari Diskin, aka @eatwellwithsari.  Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Sari moved to Detroit for love nearly 2 years ago.  She owns Eat Well With Sari – a health & nutrition coaching practice and a wellness blog. After spending four years in the corporate advertising world, Sari decided to make a change and follow her passion of owning her own business in the wellness sphere.  For the past year, she has made it her mission to inspire and help others to live their best life – through eating nourishing food and learning to love their bodies.

Ricki Friedman
Founder of Break the Weight
Ricki Friedman a motivational life and health coach and founder of Break the Weight, a company that helps people BREAK what weighs them down physically, mentally and emotionally. Her online coaching course is called BREAKER program which teaches people how to reprogram the way they eat, think and move. Ricki’s mission is to help individuals transform their mindset and daily habits so they can step into a more positive state of being.

Charlotte Press
Founder & Owner, Press Start Nutrition,
Charlotte Press strives to make nutritious eating easy, delicious and accessible to everyone at her private nutrition practice, Press Start Nutrition, located in Bloomfield Hills, MI.  She started her career years ago in New York City in public accounting but she always found much more joy in her early morning gym classes and handing out healthy treats to her co-workers and eventually decided to go back to school to pursue her Master’s Degree in Nutrition, with a focus on fitness and pre-natal nutrition.  Now, 3 years and an unexpected move to Michigan later, Charlotte has built her own nutrition practice where she’s helped hundreds of clients both in person and over the phone.  Charlotte believes healthy eating should not be deprivation, feel like a chore or be a quick fix and combines her love of healthy cooking and eating to help clients eat their healthiest, feel their best, and maintain it long term.  Her hobbies include cooking, eating, recipe creation, exercise in almost all forms (except swimming), traveling, and spending time with her family.

Julie Feldman
Nutrition Expert
Julie Feldman, MPH, RD is a nationally recognized nutrition expert who has helped thousands of Michiganders live healthier lifestyles.  With her realistic approach to wellness, Julie passionately motivates her audiences to positively change their lives.  Julie is featured often on WDIV, WXYZ and FOX News in Detroit as their nutrition expert, and she comments nationally on behalf of many large food manufacturers including KIND Bars, Mead Johnson Infant Formula, Enlightened Foods, Azteca Foods, Applegate Naturals and more.  Julie is currently the resident dietitian at The Sports Club of West Bloomfield, and speaks regularly at Orangetheory Fitness.  Thrive Nutrition and Wellness, LLC is Julie’s private practice located in West Bloomfield where she works with children and adults in all areas of nutrition. Julie’s most treasured role is as a mom of 3 kids, ages 16, 13 and 10.   Julie understands the reality of building and maintaining both a healthy lifestyle and a business, and feels fortunate to have a platform to empower other men and woman to do the same.
