Whether you’ve got a menorah in your window, an elf on your shelf, or both, you know that the best things this time of year come from the kitchen. So what better way to talk about navigating an interfaith holiday season than with a plate in hand? Join NEXTGen Detroit Interfaith Couples and Rabbi Megan Brudney for a fun and festive conversation about celebrating two sets of traditions, communicating with family and working to make sure the is season merry and bright for everyone. As we chat, we’ll be doing a little holiday cookie decorating (and eating) and some latke sampling. Here’s to celebrating the best of both worlds!
This online event is intended for young adults ages 21 to 45 who are in an interfaith marriage or relationship.
Please register online before December 10.
The cost of this event is $8 per couple.
Cookie and latke packages will be delivered to your home the day of the event. If you live outside a 20 mile radius of the Federation Building (6735 Telegraph Rd. in Bloomfield Hills) please email Mimi to discuss a pick-up option.
