Tzedakah Experience 2014! Come Make Every Penny Count on February 2

January 2, 2014 | Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit

What happens when you bring together sixth-graders and their parents for a morning of fun – learning about giving, grant-making and volunteering our community? A Tzedakah Experience unlike any other!

On Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Temple Israel, sixth-graders and their families are invited to join together for a firsthand experience of the work of Federation and the community’s Jewish agencies. Choose Your Own Adventure;  go shopping in the Mitzvah Mall for community-wide age-appropriate volunteer activities; and Change Matters, by contributing to the  tzedakah collection that will be allocated by all those in attendance.

» Watch this video from last year’s event!

Don’t miss this experience!

Sunday, February 2, 2014 | 9:45 a.m.
