The following information is important to note as you finalize your registration for the Maimonides 2015 Mission to Israel.

Payment Schedule

$3,200 per person

Optional single supplement in Israel: $1,140

Prague extension: $1,000

Optional single supplement in Prague: $225

Deposit

A deposit of $500 per person is due upon registration.

Remaining Payments

50% of balance due on June 15, 2015.

Payment in full due on September 2, 2015.

Cancellations

No cancellations after August 1, 2015. Cancellations must be submitted to sfeldman@jfmd.org.

Trip Insurance

You may want to consider trip insurance, handled by your own travel agent, not with the Jewish Federation.
