July 15: Back at the Hotel

July 15, 2014 | Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit

All of our buses have arrived at their hotel near Tiberias!

The bus clergy have reported that the teens had a full day of activity (rock climbing, hiking) and are full of mixed emotions. They are appreciative of their time in Israel and sad to be leaving. The new friendships they have made feel like family and the goodbyes with their Israeli friends will be especially difficult. However, after a long day of travel, they have good energy and were singing and dancing together.

We want to thank all of you for your immense expressions of support and confidence in our decision-making. We will keep you updated on travel information as soon as it is finalized.

If you have questions, you may call Amy Neistein, Director, Federation’s Israel & Overseas Department at (248) 205-2543 or email aneistein@jfmd.org.
