Do it for Detroit.
June 9, 2014 | Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit
Are you looking for a fight? On Wednesday, June 18th join CommunityNEXT, Repair the World and Yad Ezra as we highlight organizations fighting hunger in Detroit.
Hear about three outstanding local initiatives working to alleviate hunger in Detroit and vote to award micro-grants up to $3,000 to your favorite finalists. As an audience, YOU will have the power to positively impact the struggle against hunger.
During the event, participants will be able to take part in a meaningful service opportunity and work side-by-side with representatives from the local initiatives and the host organizations. More information on this service opportunity will be available soon.
This event is FREE and open to the public. For more information and to register, please visit http://
