Call for Applicants for the Maas Prize

Applications are now open for the 2013 Maas Prize, and this year the $5000 award will be awarded in the area of the Humanities. For this year’s humanities award, the individual may be a working writer, scholar or educator. Applicants must be Michigan residents; are Jewish or have work that impacts the Jewish community or whose work is inspired by Jewish culture; and are recognized for their work on a regional, statewide or national level. The deadline for nominations is February 15, 2013.
