Shabbat Message for February 28

February 28, 2014 | Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit

Dear WP Supporters,

Two weeks in Israel re-inspired my love of the country but one of the inspirations that sticks in my mind most was conveyed by our Michigan-Israel staff, Naomi Miller-Rockowitz, that 12 hugs a day will help bring happiness to your life. Throughout my visit, Naomi offered those 12 hugs to all of us on her tour bus. The work we do here in Michigan, in Israel and around the world is Hug-worthy by all who are touched by the efforts of our Federation. Thanks for supporting those efforts with your contributions of time, energy and resources. I hope your life is filled with 12 hugs daily and happiness abounds in your family.

Wishing you a sweet Shabbat Shalom,
