Shabbat Message for December 20

December 20, 2013 | Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit

One dollar a day (that’s $365 per year) is less than many of us spend on our daily coffee fixes. A $365 gift to our Jewish Community helps our 17 agencies like the JCC, Tamarack, Jewish Family Services and Jewish Senior Life fulfill their (and our) obligation of caring for our own. It is our responsibility to care for our family, both near and extended. With your gift of $365 or more to Federation, you are invited to the Jan. 14th (7:00pm) THANX Event at Shaarey Zedek with guest speaker Laurie Ann Goldman, CEO of SPANX. This event is the buzz of the community as Table Captains are filling their seats with friends and family. We hope to see you there and truly appreciate your support with our efforts to sustain and invigorate our Detroit Community.

Wishing you and your family a Sweet and Healthy Shabbat Shalom,

Lisa
