Shabbat Message for August 7th

August 7, 2015 | Roz Blanck

Earlier this week Women’s Philanthropy President, Roz Blanck, hosted the first recruitment session for WP’s upcoming trip: A Girlfriends Guide to Washington, D.C. – November 1-3,2015!

D.C. Co-Chairs Natalie Newman, Amy Shefman and Marci Shienbaum shared some of the highlights and goals – the energy in the room was palpable. The plans for the trip are taking shape and an amazing itinerary is in the works. The trip is open to women participating in a Women’s Philanthropy trip for the first time. Space is limited.

Join us at the next upcoming information session on Aug. 11th at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Natalie Newman to find out more. Register for the session at jewishdetroit.org/dc

Also, the 2016 Pomegranate Co-Chairs, Amy Berlin and Fran Newman, met to start brainstorming new and creative ideas for the Pomegranate Event in the fall. They are off to a strong start!
