Shabbat Message for August 15

August 15, 2014 | Roz Blanck

Our hearts go out to all of our friends, family, and Women’s Philanthropy volunteers who are dealing with the aftermath for the great “east side” flood of 2014. The Jewish relief agency Nechama is on the ground in our community and partnering with Jewish Family Service to identify needs and reach out to those requiring assistance. Nechama is seeking volunteers to help community members recover from the devastating floods. If you can help, please visit www.nechama.org or call (763) 732-0610.

Kudos to JFS for stepping forward and proving once again that this community really does take care of its own.
