The Federation allocates these funds through the Education Division to congregations based upon numbers of students enrolled in congregational school programs.

The Deutsch Fund provides funding to support local and regional youth group board members who are required to regularly attend regional and national events. Board members may apply for up to $300 total in scholarship assistance. Click here to apply.
