About JET

JET is a small, award winning, professional theater company performing in the Aaron DeRoy Theater at the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield. JET produces four mainstage plays, along with an Anne Frank related education outreach project each season. JET also has a repertoire of education outreach programs that are available to tour to schools and communities.

JET's mission is to produce theater of the highest professional standards and to provide a stage for the exploration of ideas that confront issues of humanity and community from a Jewish perspective. Jewish Ensemble Theater serves as a force for Jewish continuity, a platform for new voices, and a bridge of understanding to the general community.
